AI for insurance agencies

AI that works inside your agency, with your team in control.

OneagencyOS uses AI where agency time actually goes: the inbox, the phone, renewals, and follow-up. AI suggests and drafts; your team approves. AI never sends anything to a client on its own.

What it does

AI for the everyday work of an agency.

Each AI feature can be turned on or off by the agency in AI Settings.

Inbox sorting and filing

AI sorts the connected Outlook inbox, and email from known clients is filed to the client's record.

Daily brief

A short morning summary of what needs attention: renewals, open quotes, and overdue follow-ups.

Call summaries

Calls from your connected phone system get a short summary on the client timeline. Full call transcription is available as an add-on.

Follow-up and renewal suggestions

AI suggests next steps, renewal reviews, and cross-sell opportunities for your team to approve or dismiss.

Guideline answers

Ask questions about your own procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines and get answers from those documents.

Drafted replies

AI drafts email and client portal replies. Your team reviews and sends them.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI act on its own?

Only where your agency allows it. Most AI features make suggestions that your team approves or dismisses. If you let AI act on its own, for example to create follow-up tasks, those actions are listed as Done by AI with an Undo button for seven days. AI never sends anything to a client on its own.

Which AI providers does OneagencyOS use?

Agencies connect their own OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Anthropic (Claude) account in AI Settings. AI usage is billed by that provider to the agency.

Can we turn AI features off?

Yes. Each AI feature, such as inbox sorting, the daily brief, call summaries, and follow-up suggestions, has its own switch in AI Settings.

Can the AI answer questions about carrier guidelines?

Yes. Upload your agency procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines, and the AI assistant answers questions from those documents.
